Terms of Service
The agreement between your business and us for the AI voice reception service.
The service
We provide an AI voice receptionist that answers calls to a number you designate, converses with callers, books appointments into your calendar or CRM where connected, and reports every call in your client portal. The setup is done for you; the scripts are tuned to your business.
Fees and billing
The service is billed as a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly fee, quoted to you before work begins. Your plan includes a monthly allowance of talk minutes as stated in your quote. We alert you before you reach that allowance. Minutes used beyond it are billed at $0.30 per minute. The monthly fee is billed in advance for the coming month and is due on receipt. The setup fee is split in two: half before the build starts and half when your receptionist goes live. Fees are non-refundable except as stated below.
Term and cancellation
The monthly service continues until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded. The setup fee covers work already performed and is not refundable once the build has started. On cancellation we will export your call records to you on request.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the business information, pricing, and availability you give us
- Holding the rights to the phone number you forward to the service
- Complying with the laws that apply to your business and your customer communications, including call recording and messaging rules
- Reviewing the appointments and messages the receptionist captures for you
What the service is not
The AI receptionist is an intake and scheduling assistant. It does not provide professional, legal, medical, or emergency services. It is not a substitute for emergency services: callers with a life-safety emergency are directed to contact emergency services. You remain responsible for the work you perform for your customers.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third-party providers for telephony, hosting, and AI processing, and may be affected by their outages or by scheduled maintenance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunities from a call that was mishandled or not booked.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform this agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state where your business is located, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Where you have signed a service agreement with us, its terms control over this page.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified before they take effect. This version is dated July 25, 2026.
